Povzetek
Delo slovenskega učitelja je zelo raznoliko, saj vsebuje pedagoško delo, pripravo na pouk ter druge dejavnosti, ki jih opravlja na šoli in za šolo ter za učence. Ena izmed pomembnih strokovnih obveznosti je sestavljanje pisnih preverjanj in preizkusov znanja, ki je za učitelja zahteven strokovni izziv, saj zahteva dobro poznavanje učnega načrta, operativnih ciljev, standardov znanja in ostalo pedagoško in didaktično znanje za sestavo primernih nalog. Poleg oblikovanja ustreznih preverjanj in preizkusov ima pomembno vlogo analiza učenčevih izdelkov, da ugotovimo, kakšno je znanje učencev, kje so primanjkljaji, kje močna področja, pridobljene rezultate pa ustrezno ovrednotimo. Pri tem razpolagamo s formativnim spremljanjem učenčevega znanja in napredka ter sumativnim ocenjevanjem. Ena izmed možnosti je obdelava podatkov s pomočjo programa Excel, ki vam ga želim predstaviti na konkretnem primeru iz prakse v 7. razredu pri predmetu matematika. Splošna preglednica nam pomaga pri izdelovanju točkovnika, poda povratne informacije brez dodatnega računanja, saj gre le za prepisovanje rezultatov v preglednico. Rešitev v programu vsebuje izdelovanje točkovnika, risanje grafa, ki izračuna povprečje, matematičen izračun povprečja, računanje točk, ki jih učenec doseže z minimalnimi standardi, in opis analize po nalogah. Pri tem je prednost, da je program prenosljiv in ga lahko uporabljamo na katerem koli računalniku in pri vseh predmetih. S pomočjo takšne analize lahko odkrijemo učenčeva močna in šibka področja ter ga spodbudimo k učenju.

Abstract
The work of a Slovenian teacher is diverse, comprising pedagogical work, lesson planning and other activities carried out at school, for school and for the students. One of the important professional assignments is designing written assessment and testing. This is a demanding challenge as it requires good knowledge of the school curriculum, learning aims, learning standards and other pedagogical and didactic expertise in designing appropriate test items. As well as the appropriate assessment and test designing the analyses of student’s results has an important role in the evaluation of student’s knowledge, student’s weaknesses and strengths and obtained results are analyzed properly. Formative and summative assessment of student’s knowledge and progress are available for this. One of the options is the processing of data by Excel that I want to show with an example from my teaching practice in the 7th grade Mathematics. A general chart helps with the scoring system, provides feedback without any additional calculation by just copying test results into the chart. A solution in the programme offers marking system composition, graph drawing with average sum, mathematical average sum, student’s point scoring with minimal standards and a description of task analysis. The advantage is the transferability as the programme can be used on any computer and at any school subject. By such an analysis student’s weaknesses and strengths can be revealed and this can help a teacher to motivate the student.
