Povzetek
Uvajanje inovativnega načina poučevanja (pedagogike ena na ena) na Škofijski gimnaziji Antona Martina Slomška ob spremenjenih pedagoško-didaktičnih pogledih zahteva tudi tehnično-organizacijske rešitve, ki sam sistem podpirajo in omogočajo nemoteno izvajanje ter njegov nadaljnji razvoj. Mednje štejemo vse tehnične, organizacijske in druge korake, kot so izbira naprav, pravil uporabe naprav, urejenega omrežnega dostopa, nameščanja aplikacij, vzdrževanja, obveščanja staršev in drugih delavcev na šoli, do zagotavljanja pomoči pri delu v razredu, dokler postopki ne postanejo dovolj utečeni, da lahko postane pedagogika ena na ena samoumeven način poučevanja za dijake in učitelje. V tem prispevku bomo predstavili nekaj izzivov, s katerimi smo se soočali v preteklem šolskem letu.

Abstract
Introducing an innovative approach of teaching (pedagogy one-on-one) at Anton Martin Slomšek Catholic Grammar School requires technical and organizational solutions that support the system itself and allow smooth implementation and further development. It is needless to say that firstly pedagogical-didactic views are modified. Here are considered all the technical, organizational and other steps; such as selection of devices, the rules of use for devices, regulated network access, application installation, maintenance, informing of parents and other staff at the school. It is also important to provide assistance in the classroom until the teaching is sufficiently well-established. At this point pedagogy one-on-one can become a natural way or method of teaching as for students and as for the teachers. In this article we will present some challenges which we have faced in the past school year.
