On the Way to an E-competent School

Povzetek
V svetu globalizacije in hitrih sprememb pridobiva informacijsko-komunikacijska tehnologija (IKT) v šolah vse večji pomen in vrednost. Klasične oblike poučevanja in vodenja šole se prepletajo s sodobnimi. Vseživljenjsko učenje postaja realnost. Uporaba IKT pri poučevanju in vodenju šole postavlja pred nove izzive vse udeležence izobraževanja. Vključevanje sodobne IKT v pouk izboljšuje kakovost poučevanja in pri dijakih dviguje učno motivacijo. V prispevku bomo prikazali, kako je različna sodobna IKT vključena v didaktiko pouka, kako jo zaposleni priznavajo, sprejemajo in uporabljajo pri svojem delu. S pomočjo raziskave o e-kompetencah učiteljev bomo pripravili načrt izobraževanja za pridobitev dodatnih e-kompetenc.

Abstract
In the world of globalization and fast changes the information communication technology is gaining higher and higher value and importance. Classic forms of educating and managing a school are intertwining with contemporary forms. Lifelong learning is becoming a reality. Using information communication technology in teaching and management process is posing a new challenge for all involved in the education process. Including information communication technology into class improves the quality of teaching and raises student’s motivation for learning. In this paper we will show how various modern information communication technologies are integrated into the class didactics and how teachers acknowledge, accept and use these technologies. With the help of survey about e-competency of teachers we will make a plan for them to attain additional e-competences.
