Povzetek
Uporaba interaktivnih naprav v šolstvu je v zadnjih letih doživela pravi razcvet. Lahko rečemo, da so šole v Srednji Evropi, v katero se vključuje tudi Slovenija, v zgornjem povprečju po opremljenosti šol v Evropi in celo v svetu. Še ne dolgo nazaj je bila interaktivna tabla mnogim neznana, vendar se je to v nekaj letih spremenilo. Tako so interaktivne table prisotne že v mnogih srednjih in osnovnih šolah ter vrtcih.
Seveda pa ni dovolj, da interaktivno tablo namestimo v učilnico in jo uporabljamo zgolj kot projekcijsko platno za prikazovanje starih predstavitev. Le-to bi lahko počeli tudi na steni, a interaktivne table ponujajo občutno več. Naši učenci so pravi mojstri, kar se tiče sledenja in poznavanja novih tehnologij. Tako že v domačem okolju prevzemajo sodobne pristope k »touch« oziroma tehnologiji na dotik v obliki raznih mobilnih telefonov, zato se pojavlja potreba, da tudi šole sledijo tempu novih tehnologij in učencem ponujajo moderne metode poučevanja. Lažje je pritegniti pozornost učencev, če jim v šolah ponudimo možnosti, s katerimi se srečujejo in jih pozitivno sprejemajo v domačem okolju. V takih pogojih tudi lahko pričakujemo kreativno sodelovanje in njihovo pozornost.
Vendar ne smemo misliti, da je moderna učna tehnologija dovolj. Učitelj mora pri pripravi interaktivnega pouka vključiti kreativnost in veliko mero samoiniciative, da oblikuje privlačno učno uro. Kvalitetna priprava učnih vsebin, ki vključujejo večpredstavnostne elemente (zvok, slike, animacije, internet …) je recept za večje zanimanje učencev in hkrati tudi za večjo angažiranost za samostojno delo.
Abstract
Use of interactive devices in education has been blooming in the last years. We could say that schools of Central Europe, which includes Slovenia, are ranked above average in terms of the school equipment in Europe and even the world. Not so long ago interactive whiteboard was unknown to many, but this has improved over the years. Today interactive whiteboards can be found in many secondary and primary schools as well as kindergartens.
Of course, simply placing an interactive whiteboard in the classroom and using it merely as a projection screen for showing old presentations is not enough. That could be done on any wall, while interactive whiteboards offer so much more. Our pupils are masters in terms of following and knowledge of new technologies. In their home environment they already take over modern approaches to touch technology in the form of various mobile phones, so the need for the schools to follow their pace and offer pupils modern teaching methods has been arising. It is easier to attract the attention of the pupils when they are offered possibilities which they meet and positively accept at home also in the schools. In such an environment we can expect their creative collaboration as well as their attention.
But we cannot think that modern teaching technology is enough. In preparing interactive classes teachers have to include creativity and a great deal of self-initiative in order to form an attractive lesson. Quality teaching content preparation, which includes multimedia elements (sound, picture, animation, internet, etc.) is the key for increased interest of the pupils and at the same time also for their increased engagement for independent work.
