Povzetek
V prispevku najprej ugotavljava, kako enostavno je danes priti do vsebin, ki jih učenci in dijaki potrebujejo pri pisanju referatov in seminarskih nalog. Problem ni količina podatkov, ampak njihova kvaliteta. Predstavljeni so rezultati ankete o analizi stanja informacijske pismenosti učencev in dijakov. V nadaljevanju so predstavljena nekatera merila za ugotavljanje verodostojnosti spletnih strani. Podan je primer, kako kritično ocenjevati in ločevati spletne strani, ki jih dijaki uporabljajo pri pisanju referatov oz. seminarskih nalog. Prispevek zaključiva s predstavitvijo rezultatov, ki potrjujejo vrednost uporabe kritičnega razmišljanja in vodijo k spodbujanju razvoja teh veščin pri pouku.

Abstract
The aim of this report is to outline the results of the survey which was carried out to assess the level of information literacy of the students. Nowadays there is an easy access to all kinds of information that students need in writing different speeches and presenting their research work. It seems that the main problem they encounter is the quality of data and not the quantity. The part of the report is focused on the criteria which are used to determine the authenticity of the websites. There is also an example provided to show how we can critically evaluate and distinguish between the websites which are used by students when writing a research or a report. The conclusion of our report focuses on the presentation of the results which confirm how valuable critical thinking actually is. At the same time, the results make us aware that we should encourage the development of critical thinking skills in the class.
